MGM Grand Detroit has opened the first National Coney Island in the Motor City.
The restaurant chain is now in the casino's 24-hour dining court.
National Coney Island will sell Detroit-style Coney dogs and Hani sandwiches.
“We are thrilled to join the downtown Detroit community and open a National Coney Island in one of the most notable casinos in the country, MGM Grand Detroit,” said Tom Giftos, president of National Coney Island, in a statement.
It is the chain's 18th restaurant in Southeast Michigan.
