A Michigan State Police patrol car was reportedly rear-ended by a suspected drunk driver.
On Sunday around 8:15 p.m., Metro South trooper were on the scene of a traffic crash on eastbound I-94 near Van Dyke.
Police say a patrol car, which was blocking the right lane, was rear-ended while the trooper was outside of the car.
There were no injuries reported and there was minor damage to both vehicles, police say. The suspect was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and refused to conduct sobriety tests, only consenting to a blood test.
The suspect was lodged at the Detroit Detention Center, police say.
