DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 70-year-old man who was last seen by his caregiver in Detroit on Thursday.
Vann Horn was last seen in the 2000 block of Ford at 9:40 a.m. His caregiver told police that he left the location in the morning and never returned.
Horn is described as being in good physical health but has poor mental health.
