Missing Detroit woman suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder

Detroit police are asking for your help locating a missing woman who suffers from mental health issues.

According to police, 28-year-old Cordia Rae Taylor was last seen at her group home near Rosa Parks and Grand Blvd. on the city's west side around 3:15 p.m. on Monday. She said she left to visit a friend and hasn't returned.

Police say she is in good physical condition but suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
