The mother of a suspect wanted for allegedly shooting and killing his girlfriend and her niece is calling for the man to turn himself in.

Lenell James Kirby, 28, is on the run after the alleged shooting early Sunday morning.

Tyiela Autrey, 28, was shot in the right eye and taken to the hospital where she died.

Her niece, Kiara, 22, was shot in the head. She called 911 and said her aunt's boyfriend shot both of them. Kiara's condition is critical.

Kirby is driving a 2013 black Chevy Equinox with a temporary license plate sticker but no license plate. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. Officers tried to stop the vehicle yesterday but he was able to flee.

He is described as a black male, 5-feet-8 inches tall weighing 185 pounds with facial hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or, if you see him, call 911.
