The second night of Movement Festival resumed just after 10 p.m. Sunday after high winds and severe storms forced evacuations and a more-than three-hour delay.
The festival was paused on Sunday evening after the storms moved into Downtown Detroit before 7 p.m.

Around 6:30 p.m., storms moved into the area and more were expected to move through in the evening.
