Nathaniel Abraham, who was convicted in a murder case in 1997, was arrested again on Monday by the Oakland County Sheriff's Department.
Abraham has been charged with a misdemeanor offense of indecent exposure, Oakland County prosecutors say.
Abraham, 32, was convicted of murder when he was 11 years old for using a stolen rifle to kill 18-year-old Ronnie Greene in Pontiac.
He was released from prison after eight years on his 21st birthday but was sent back a short time later for selling drugs. He was released on parole last summer and completed his parole last week.
He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday in Pontiac District.
