More than a month after New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's Super Bowl jerseys went missing, the jerseys have been found, according to the NFL.

In a statement released to the media, the NFL said both the jerseys from Super Bowl LI and Super Bowl XLIX in 2015 were found with the help of the New England Patriots' security team, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies.

"The items were found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media," an NFL statement said.

According to Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo, the jersey was found in Mexico and recovered "with the help of the FBI and Mexican authorities.
After Super LI in Houston, Brady said his jersey disappeared after he put it in his bag. A police report released last month estimated the jersey to be worth around $500,000.

Right now, the NFL is deferring any questions to the FBI because it is an ongoing investigation.
