Attorney General Bill Schuette will announce new criminal charges in connection to the Flint water crisis.
Special Counsel Todd Flood. Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton and the Flint Water Investigative Team will be present during the news conference, which is set for Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
The investigation into the crisis is ongoing.
