A star basketball player who became disabled after a ruptured aneurysm is still dreaming big about the sport.

22-year-old David Younan is working hard to be the great basketball player he was.

With the help of DMC Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan and the Detroit Pistons, it became a reality.

David was a special guest of the Detroit Pistons Monday night at The Palace.

He was on the court for warm-ups and got to meet some of the players before the game.
