CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Clinton Township Police are investigating a crash that killed an 81-year-old Grosse Pointe man on Feb. 21.
Police say the vehicle, driven by a 19-year-old Macomb Township woman, was traveling northbound on Utica Road at Edsel Street. The vehicle crossed over the center line and struck the man's vehicle coming southbound on Utica Road. His vehicle was struck head on.
On Feb. 22, the victim died from his injuries.
Police have charged Morgan Joan Coley with operating while intoxicated causing death, a 15-year-felony.
