DETROIT (WXYZ) — Viral videos have been circulating on social media of a group of, what appears to be young people, defacing property and assaulting people across Detroit.
One of the videos shows a suspect throwing a Spin scooter into the Detroit River while saying "F*** Spin." That video began spreading on social media Thursday.
By Thursday evening, Detroit police shared a montage of suspects, possibly all in the same group, wreaking havoc on people and property across the city.
Many of the videos only show the people involved from the neck down or of only their backs.

Other than tossing scooters into the river, the vandals are seen running scooters into people on the street, throwing construction cones at people as well as throwing items off of buildings.
Now the Detroit Police Department is investigating the incidents.
