Detroit police are seeking the public's help in locating three missing siblings believed to be with their non-custodial mother.
According to police, the children – London, Demario and Noel Davis – were last seen in the 2000 block of Iroquois St. on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The father, Demario Davis, who has custody, told police that he went to pick them up from school at 3:55 p.m. when he saw the children's mother, Tasha Davis, at the school also.
The mother wanted to spend her birthday with the children, so she took them without permission, according to police.
Officers add that this may be a parental custody battle.
