(WXYZ) — Michigan State Police made 328 stops and issued hundreds of citations to drivers during phase two of Operation Slower to Lower on four metro Detroit highways.
According to MSP, the breakdown for the operation is below.

– 404 speed
– 63 seatbelt
– 76 no insurance
– 23 suspended drivers
– 35 distracted drivers
– 421 verbal warnings
– 2 commercial vehicles placed out of commission
– Top speed registered is 106 mph
