Police release video of Sterling Heights Walmart fight where suspect pulls knife on employees

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Sterling Heights police are investigating a physical altercation that broke out between a customer and employees at a Walmart on 14 Mile and Van Dyke Avenue on Monday.

The fight broke out Monday, Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m. Police say a suspect pulled out a knife on Walmart employees after a dispute in the customer service department. The suspect then fled the scene.

Officers say a person related to the suspect was arrested, a 52-year-old woman from Detroit, for obstructing police and larceny in a building.

The suspect has been identified, but has not yet been apprehended, according to Sterling Heights police.
