A 15-year-old boy has died and three others were injured during a shooting at a home on Detroit's east side.
The shooting occurred Wednesday afternoon at a home in the 19000 block of Langholm Street.
Police say three of the remaining shooting victims – one 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds – were taken to a local hospital.
Neighbors say they've become immune to shootings in the area, but add that this shooting is particularly disheartening because it happened on Halloween – a day when kids should be enjoying themselves.
"It's pretty rough around here – it's pretty rough," said Juan, a neighbor.
He added, "They're supposed to be in school. They're supposed to be out trick-or-treating, ya know?"
Police say the injured 15-year-old is in serious condition. One injured 16-year-old is in serious condition, and the other injured 16-year-old is in temporary serious condition. All of the shooting victims are male.
Police say they are looking for two suspects – a 26-year-old black man, the second suspect is unidentified. No suspects are in police custody.
No other information has been released. This is an ongoing investigation.
