DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dearborn police are investigating a carjacking that happened overnight.
The victim told police the suspect was hidden in the vehicle and made his presence known when victim arrived to his home in the area of Hubbard and Greenfield.
Police say the suspect wearing a mask was last seen in the stolen vehicle heading east on Hubbard toward Greenfield.
The masked gunman was apparently hidden since entering the van in the area of Livernois and Michigan in Detroit, police tells 7 Action News.
Authorities have not yet released a description of the vehicle that was taken.
