Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump made last-minute pitch to voters during a campaign stop in Grand Rapids early Tuesday morning. It was his final stop of the campaign.
His running mate, Mike Pence, as well as other prominent Republicans and rocker Ted Nugent joined Trump.
The rally was originally scheduled to start at 11 p.m., but it didn’t get started until after midnight. It was Trump’s fifth stop of the day. He was in Florida on Monday morning, followed by stops in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.
Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton also putting focus on Michigan just a day before the election. President Barack Obama and her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, were in Ann Arbor Monday afternoon to get out the vote for Clinton. She later spoke at a get out the vote rally at Grand Valley State University.
Polls open for the election at 7 a.m. in Michigan.
