On Sunday, March 25, Spotlight on the News will discuss the topic of mental health in Wayne County and look at the Southeast Michigan Council of Government’s 50th anniversary exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum. Guests will include Willie Brooks, President & CEO of the Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority; Monroe Mayor & SEMCOG Chairman Robert Clark; and Kathleen Lomako, Executive Director, SEMCOG.
