On Sunday, October 22, Spotlight on the News will broadcast an interview about a new report detailing the economic impact of refugees in Southeast Michigan.  We'll also share what's fueling the University of Detroit Mercy’s good news.  Guests will include:  Steve Tobocman, Executive Director of Global Detroit; Martin Manna, President of the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce; Mihaela Mitrofan, Program Manager at Samaritas and Dr. Antoine Garibaldi, President of the University of Detroit Mercy.  

 

Spotlight on the News, now in its 52th season, is Michigan's longest-running weekly news and public affairs television program. It airs every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. on WXYZ-TV/Channel 7 in Detroit and 2:30 p.m. on 23.1 WKAR-HD in East Lansing and 6 p.m. on 23.2 WKAR World.
