DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dearborn Heights police are investigating an assault that occurred outside Burger King on West Warren Saturday night.
A cell phone video shows two women, one appearing to be pregnant, getting into a verbal altercation with the driver of an SUV that was parked outside the restaurant.
The video then shows the two women beginning to strike the driver repeatedly.

The driver closes the door and the two women walk away. Then the SUV backs up and accelerates, striking the woman appearing to pregnant on her right side.
Dearborn Heights police told Action News they have identified a suspect and a warrant request will be sent to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
The condition of the woman struck by the car is not known at this time.
Action News spoke to two Burger King employees, who were aware of the incident but were not working at the time.
The restaurant did not have a comment.
