A redevelopment project in Detroit's New Center area hopes to bring in more retail shops.
The plan includes a make-over for the Woodward Grand, a 3-story historic building on the southeast corner of Woodward and West Grand Blvd.
This addition will be called the North End Collective.
A press conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. this morning.
