Detroit family hopes Crime Stoppers reward will lead to whoever killed a father of four

A reward is being offered to help catch a killer in a murder mystery that haunts a Detroit family.

The reward of $2,500 cash is being offered for info that leads to a murderer's arrest. Police also want them of the streets before they kill again.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan joined together with family members of 33-year-old D’Andre King to come forward with a public plea for help.

King was shot and killed back on September 12th while sitting in a gold Chevy Monte Carlo at East Kirby and Field Streets on Detroit’s east side.

The motive is unknown.

His death has left those who love him with an emptiness made worse by knowing the person responsible is still at large.

People living in the area of the cold-blooded murder did not want to talk on camera. But, this community agrees the violence must stop, so that the healing can finally begin.
