DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 16-year-old and her 6-month old daughter.

Shomarie and Khylie Germany were last seen around 3:55 p.m. Friday at a home in the 2000 block of Collingwood. That's near Chicago and Rosa Parks.

Police say that earlier in the day CPS held a hearing where Shomarie was ordered to return to Indiana where she lives with her mother. She then returned to the Collingwood home, where she left with Khylie.

Officers say they are believed to have left the area with Shomarie's male companion in an unknown white vehicle.

Anyone who has any information on their current location is asked to please call Detroit Police Department’s Tenth Precinct Investigative Unit at 313-596-1040 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
