An accused high-level drug dealer and wanted fugitive that police say is connected to decades of illegal activity has been arrested.
The U.S. Marshals say Dwayne Richards was the final piece of a group they’ve been hunting for years.
His cousin, the kingpin, was just locked up in California, leaving Richards in charge of the Detroit-based nationwide drug ring.
We're told Michigan State Police arrested Richards last night following a car chase.
