A dumpster dumped in a Detroit neighborhood is creating a smelly situation.
The dumped dumpster on Manor Street is not a new problem, but it's a problem neighbors haven't been able to get resolved.
They told 7 Action News Reporter Ronnie Dahl a nearby radiator repair shop put the dumpster in the driveway of a vacant house a few years ago and left it. Now, the dumpster is over flowing with trash and it's spilling into the neighbor's yard.
