The opening of a new business has people excited about delicious donuts and making some jokes because of where it is at. It is right next to a medical marijuana dispensary. The owner says it is just by chance. He is launching an empire, opening 4 donut stores around metro-Detroit very soon. This is the only one next to a dispensary.
It even made it in the Metro-Times. An editorial in the paper said quote, “We have all died and gone to munchie heaven.”
“Whether it is the munchies or you are just on your way to work and want some coffee and donuts, we have a great location,” said Don Hadley, chef.
Chef Hadley says the goal is to satisfy those with sophisticated tastes. He has been developing super unique recipes for gourmet donuts made with Michigan products. He said they will be high quality at a reasonable price.
The business on Eight Mile just west of John R is expected to open in just over a month.
