A Detroit man is recovering after being shot in the back of the head by what police believe was a stray bullet.
Relatives of the man tell 7 Action News that he never heard the gunshot.
The 32-year-old man was taken to St. John Hospital where he underwent surgery to remove the bullet. He is expected to be okay.
