Relatives of 24-year-old Daran Burkes say he didn't have any enemies and Detroit Police have not ruled out that the man who shot and killed Burkes as he was walking home Sunday afternoon thought he was someone else.

Burkes, who had cerebral palsy, was a student at the Charles Drew Transition Center for young adults with special needs where he also worked in the kitchen.
