Two teens shot at Old Redford Academy in Detroit

Detroit police are on the scene of a double shooting involving two teens at Old Redford Academy.

The victims are 16-year-old boy who was shot in the left arm and an 18-year-old male shot in arm. They 16-year-old collapsed on the steps at the school.

They are in temporary serious condition.

The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m., moments after the basketball game between Old Redford Academy and Bradford High School ended.

The shots were fired across the street from the school, on the edge of a strip mall parking lot near Outer Drive.

Frightened parents rushed to the scene after getting phone calls from their children.

Police are not sure if the teens were the intended targets, or victims of stray bullets.

The shooter ran from the scene and remains at large.
