The man accused of killing his sister and her boyfriend, then trying to escape police in Ohio, is now back in the state facing justice.
Robert Marzejka, 24, faced a magistrate in Clinton Township Monday. He learned he is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, which carry sentences of up to life in prison.
His alleged victims are 18-year old Danielle Marzejka and her boyfriend 19-year-old Seren Bryan. Their bodies were found stuffed in plastic bags in the shed in the Rugate Clinton Mobile Home Park in August.
He is scheduled to be back in court for a probable cause hearing on September 17th at 1:30 p.m.
