A Washington Township man is facing terrorism charges after he allegedly made bomb and death threats against a Macomb County Circuit Court judge.

According to Prosecutor Eric Smith, Keith Arnold Rebar, 55, is charged with one count of False Report or Threat of Terrorism.

Police say Rebar made repeated threats to "place pressure-cooker bombs under Judge Katherine Vivano's car and shoot her if he didn't get his way with child custody issues that might come before her court."

According to police, he also threatened to break out the windows of Sterling Heights police cars.

He also told detectives he had "visions of entering an office, lining people up, and shooting bullets above their heads," Smith said.

Reber was arrested on Wednesday and arraigned Thursday afternoon.
