Habitat for Humanity says it is in dire need for volunteers to help with a project in Oakland County next week.
According to the organization, they need 25 volunteers for the project in Southfield on Thursday, Oct. 20 and Friday, Oct. 21.
Volunteers will work on about 15 different projects throughout a pre-specified block of a Southfield neighborhood that will include landscaping, painting, cleaning gutters, replacing fences and more. The schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The event begins at Catalpa Oaks Park on the corner of Greenfield and Catalpa and parking is available.
