PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Pontiac Planning Commission approved the development of a marijuana facility within city limits.
It will consist of a provisioning center, grow house and processing facility at the site of the former Glenwood Plaza.
Rubicon Capital laid out its plans for the facility that will be run by Pharmaco at the meeting.
Those that spoke at the meeting were supportive, saying that they were glad to get rid of the 'eyesore called Glenwood Plaza.'
When finished, the facility could bring between 300 and 400 jobs to Pontiac.
