A forty-four-year-old man has been arrested after he forced an underage girl to kiss him and told police he has communicable diseases.
Kevin Sketowe is behind bars and charged with two counts of Assault And Battery.
Over the weekend, the Southgate man allegedly approached a 15-year-old girl at Bishop Park.
According to officers, he repeatedly asked her if she wanted to “party.” After a while, officers say she agreed to walk with the man, out of fear.
At one point, he forced his tongue into the teen’s mouth twice. Then he went into a store to buy beer and she escaped and went to police.
Police say when Sketowe was arrested, he told officers he had HIV, Hepatitis C, and Tuberculosis.
According to investigators, Sketowe was highly intoxicated.
