REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — A crash involving between 20 and 30 cars shut down both directions of Telegraph Road on the Redford Township-Detroit border Monday evening. All lanes have reopened to vehicle traffic.
The crash happened in the area of I-96.
Redford police said they cannot confirm what caused the crash but say Wayne County salt trucks were called.
Police say the crash happened around 7 p.m. There were no serious injuries reported. However, police reported minor injuries in some cases.
Dearborn Heights police were assisting in the cleanup.
