ALLEN PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) — A standoff between a woman and police ended with officers carrying the woman from the home after deploying tear gas.
Neighbors say the situation began with an accusation of a stolen purse that saw the woman accused of aiming a long gun at neighbors houses.
It happened on Luana Avenue, between Ecorse Road and Philomene Boulevard.
Neighbors were asked to stay in their home until the situation was resolved.
