Update: Beaumont Hospital says the lockdown has been lifted.

There's currently an active police situation at Beaumont Hospital in Troy.
We're told from people inside of the hospital that the facility went on lockdown Friday afternoon.
One witness inside told 7 Action News that they have been moved inside a storage area, and have been asked not to use their phones.
Beaumont Health sent out the below tweet in response to the lockdown situation.
Due to an active threat of violence Beaumont Hospital, Troy is currently on lockdown. Visitors can leave, but won’t be permitted back in. Patients who arrive via ambulance, have life threatening emergencies and laboring patients are permitted through the EC entrance only.

According to Troy Police, they are searching for an individual who made threats.
We are investigating a threats complaint at Troy Beaumont Hospital. This is not an active shooter incident. The hospital has initiated a lockdown.
