After heavy rain overnight, there are multiple reports of basements flooding across metro Detroit.
7 Action News Reporter Nima Shaffe was at the Harrison Riverbends Subdivision, a condo complex near Jefferson and Chalmers on Detroit's east side.
Water is backing up into basements, and according to the president of the condo association, it isn't the first time it happened. He said it happened in 2011, 2014, in July of this year and once again this month.
Other reports of flooded basements have come from people in Detroit, Warren, Southgate and Lincoln Park.
