The City of Highland Park is broke. The Highland Park School District is broke. Yet, thousands of gallons of water are flowing though the halls of a vacant school and spilling into the roadway.
7 Action News Reporter Ronnie Dahl was alerted to the problem. The running water could be heard from outside the building.
"It's terrible." said one neighbor. "They should take some of that water and send it to Flint."
7 Action News set out to get the tap turned off.
