DETROIT (WXYZ) — The search continues Friday morning for the gunman involved in a freeway shooting on Detroit's west side.
Police say the shooting happened just after 9 p.m. Thursday night on the eastbound Jeffries Freeway near Livernois.
At the scene, officers discovered a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest. The man was taken to a hospital and listed in temporary serious condition, according to police.
No word yet on what led to the shooting or a description of the other vehicle involved.
