DETROIT (WXYZ) — A pothole has turned into a mini tomato garden in Detroit.
Someone with a green thumb got to work outside PJ's Lager House, 1254 Michigan Ave.
The plant is thriving, and one woman who works nearby says it represents the city's comeback.
Parts of the plant are growing inside a construction cone and through a sewer drain. There's also a barrier plank there to protect it.
