Spotlight on the News: Inside the United Way for Southeastern Michigan & the Dance Theatre of Harlem

WXYZ DETROIT — On Sunday, March 1, Spotlight on the News will go inside the United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Find out how this regional organization is trying to keep up with the most critical needs of our community. United Way President & CEO Dr. Darienne Driver Hudson and Board Chair Attorney David Foltyn, will tell us. Also on our program, get ready for the world renown Dance Theater of Harlem. Executive Director Anna Glass, choreographer Claudia Schreier and composer Jessie Montgomery will talk about their ballet performance coming to the Detroit Opera House in March.

Spotlight on the News, now in its 55th season, is Michigan's longest-running weekly news and public affairs television program. It airs every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. on WXYZ-TV/Channel 7 in Detroit and 2:30 p.m. on 23.1 WKAR-HD in East Lansing and 6 p.m. on 23.2 WKAR World.
