DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Jazzy Night series at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre, formerly Chene Park, is bringing some heavy hitters to the Motor City this summer.
Organizers say there will be select weekend shows. Dates include: June 5 - August 21; June 15 and 16; July 27; and August 11. Wednesday shows will start at 7:30 p.m. and weekend shows at 8:00 p.m. Doors will open an hour prior to show start times.

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 5 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the Aretha Box Office on 2600 Atwater or Ticketmaster.com.
Prices start at $19. Season tickets will get you 12 shows for the price of 11 at $268.
