State Rep. introduces bill to ban flamethrowers

In July, 7 Investigator Jim Kiertzner told us about a metro Detroit man building flamethrowers out of car parts.

That story sparked controversy, and now, State Rep. Sarah Roberts has introduced legislation that will ban flamethrowers in Michigan.

She joined The Now Detroit to talk more about where she came up with the idea and how she can stop the sales of flamethrowers in Michigan.
