Ann Arbor is the best city to live in America, according to a new study.
The city inched from the No. 4 spot last year to No.1 in the country, according to Niche.com.
Ann Arbor, which is widely known as a university town because of the University of Michigan, has gained national attention as a desirable city to live and visit.
The study takes into account higher education rates, schools, crime and housing trends.
The top five list includes Naperville, Ill., Arlington, Va., Columbia, Md., and Berkley, Calif.
The only other city in Michigan to make the top 100 list is Grand Rapids, coming in at No. 68.
