DETROIT (WXYZ) — A 27-year-old Detroit man has been arrested in connection to porch pirate incidents in Harper Woods.
Devaughnta Dunlap is accused of being responsible for three separate incidents in February and March.
In February, Dunlap allegedly stole a package from a porch in the 20600 block of Damman. In March, Dunlap allegedly stole packages from porches in the 20700 block of Kenosha and the 20700 block of Washtenaw.
Dunlap was reportedly driving a silver 2001 Ford Crown Victoria with a Tennessee license plate.
Dunlap has been charged with three counts of larceny.
A majority of the stolen property was returned to the victims. Detectives believe Dunlap is responsible for additional porch pirate thefts in the area.
