WARREN, Mich. (WXYZ) — Warren police have arrested the man caught on camera robbing a Huntington Bank in early January.
The 41-year-old parolee was taken into custody without incident Thursday night at a home in the 14400 block of Carlysle in Detroit, police say.
On Jan. 2 around 1 p.m., surveillance video captured the suspect committing an armed robbery at the Huntington Bank on 13490 10 Mile Road in Warren. Police say the man entered the bank and ordered the teller to give him cash. The man gestured as if he had a gun, according to police. The teller gave the suspect money from the cash drawer. He then ran off from the location, police say.
An arraignment is expected later Friday morning in the Warren District Court.
