Suspect wanted in robbery of Chase bank in Madison Heights

Madison Heights Police are searching for a suspect involved in a robbery at a Chase bank on Thursday. 

Police say on Oct. 25, a woman wearing a large blue surgical mask walked into the Hollywood Market on Campbell, entered the Chase bank inside the store and gave the teller a note demanding money. 

The note read the suspect has a gun and she threatened to shoot the teller if he did not hurry up, according to police. 

The teller place about $2,500 in cash on the counter. The suspect took the money and left the scene on foot.

She was wearing a gray knit hat, black jacket with pockets, black sweatpants with "Pink" written on the left leg and sandals. 

Police say no one was hurt during the incident.
