It will be a busy evening in downtown Detroit on Monday night as the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Lions have games.

The Tigers take on the Houston Astros at 6:10 p.m. at Comerica Park, and Justin Verlander is making his first start at Comerica Park since being traded to the Astros last year.
Just an hour later and across the street, the Lions open their season against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football at 7:10 p.m.
Parking will be at a premium in downtown Detroit, and fans are encouraged to use the ParkWhiz app to book parking ahead of time.
Tigers fans looking game-day parking will have priority until 5 p.m. in the D Garage.
